Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Superior Trailer Sales. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All order are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping with the following carriers:

  • Fedex
  • UPS
  • USPS

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Superior Trailer Sales ships to addresses within the U.S.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Superior Trailer Sales is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

 

Damages

Superior Trailer Sales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Refund Policy

 

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will be offered a partial refund if applicable.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@stsotx.com and send your item to:

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

-Electronics

 

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Refund Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
